JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment on construction sites.
• Ensure that all electrical work is performed according to project plans, specifications, codes, and standards.
• Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage and oversee the work of on-site electrical teams and subcontractors.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular site meetings to review progress and address any issues.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify the quality of electrical installations.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in electrical work.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations on-site.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures for electrical work.
• Promote a culture of safety among site workers and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily reports, progress reports, and inspection records.
• Ensure all documentation complies with project and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit required reports to project management and other stakeholder

Education & Experience (Basic requirement for this position)

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical supervision within the construction industry.
• Proven experience supervising electrical installations on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical plans and specifications.
• Familiarity with electrical testing and commissioning procedures.
• CIDB Construction Site Supervisor Certification (CCS) is preferred
