A leading management software provider is seeking a Consultant for Construction Management Software to provide customer support and address inquiries. You will conduct product testing, oversee project implementation, and deliver training sessions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and preferably 2 years of experience in consulting or testing. This role offers opportunities for fresh graduates as well, with possibilities for travel and minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of experience in consulting or testing.
• Experience in software implementation, especially in business applications.
• Willing to travel and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and address client inquiries.
• Conduct product testing and propose enhancement strategies.
• Oversee project implementation and deliver training sessions.
• Develop and maintain project management documentation.
• Ensure timely communication with customers, managing and escalating issues.
