Job description

Setting targets, objectives and responsibilities for all work activities

Plan the schedule of working hours and shifts of the workers according to the requirement.

Troubleshoot any issues that occur on the construction site and report them to the Construction Manager / Engineer Supervise all the operations and workers on the job site Ensure that the workers are following construction drawings and plans.

Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within contract timescales. Inspects each phase of work to determine if quality standards are met and that trades are completed on schedule.

Minimize Site Observation Reports (SOR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)

Health & Safety Compliance Ensuring workers are following health and safety guidelines

Correct PPE and safety measures at various work requirements compliance

Ensuring housekeeping and correct disposal of waste materials
