The role

As a Construction Manager, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Plan, manage, and supervise construction activities on-site.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Review and interpret project blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience in industrial or commercial construction and strong knowledge of all construction requirements and needs.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Must understand local authorities’ approval flows.
  • Familiarity with required safety standards and local authorities’ regulations.
