Job summary

A leading engineering solutions company in Labuan is seeking a qualified Construction Manager to lead a high-impact Design & Build Civil and Marine construction project. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with direct exposure to marine or major infrastructure projects. Strong leadership skills and experience with JKR government contracts are essential for this role.

  • Proven marine / jetty or major infrastructure project exposure.

Role Description
  • Lead all on-site construction activities and site teams
  • Manage civil and jetty construction works
  • Plan and control schedules using MS Project
  • Administer JKR (P.W.D. Form) contracts
  • Liaise with JKR, authorities, and project stakeholders
  • Enforce QA/QC and HSE standards for marine works
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BEM recognised)
  • Minimum 10 years’ construction project management experience
  • Proven marine / jetty or major infrastructure project exposure
  • Direct experience with JKR government contracts
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
