Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (with strong automation/production focus).
• Deep knowledge of automation technologies (pneumatics, electrics, motion control, robotics, controls), electronics & assembly processes (including semiconductors), and sustainability in automation solutions.
• Proficient in 3D CAD tools (preferably Creo Parametrics) for concept modeling; hands‑on experience in machine design or production line integration.
• Several years in concept development, R&D, or application engineering within automation or machine‑building industries; pre‑sales technical support experience with global key accounts.
• Knowledge of production concepts (lean manufacturing, Industry 4.0, AI in automation); proven track record of converting concepts into successful projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong presentation and technical communication skills; experience working with cross‑functional and international teams.
