Compliance Strategy Specialist - Transaction Monitoring

OSL Pay is strengthening its global compliance framework and seeks a strategic-minded professional to join our Compliance Strategy team. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating regulatory requirements into actionable internal policies, driving standardization, and enhancing our compliance culture through training. This is a unique opportunity to shape the compliance infrastructure of a leading fintech as we scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, draft, and maintain internal compliance policies, standards, and SOPs to ensure alignment with global regulations (e.g., FATF, HKMA, MAS) and internal risk appetite.
  • Continuously review and update documentation to reflect regulatory changes, audit findings, and process improvements.
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver effective compliance training programs for employees across various departments and regions.
  • Translate complex regulatory concepts into clear, practical guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support the Head of Compliance in strategic projects, including gap analyses, risk assessments, and regulatory implementation initiatives.
  • Analyze compliance data and trends to provide insights for management reporting and decision-making.
  • Work closely with Legal, Risk, Product, and Operations teams to ensure compliance considerations are embedded in new products, processes, and market expansions.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, including regulatory change implementation, and support other AML-related tasks as required.
  • Assist in delivering training to team members, fostering a culture of compliance and strategic thinking.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance, risk, or regulatory affairs role within financial services, fintech, or a related regulated industry.
  • Proven, hands-on experience in drafting and revising compliance policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering compliance training to diverse employee groups.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required for drafting documents, conducting training, and liaising with regional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
