Job description

The Compliance & Policy Executive is responsible for the foundational development, implementation and maintenance of the company's policies, procedures and compliance frameworks. This role is critical for establishing a strong internal control environment from the ground up, ensuring regulatory adherence and fostering a culture of ethics and compliance across the Group. The incumbent will act as a key liaison for tracking audit findings and driving the closure of control gaps.

Key Responsibilities
Policy Development & Management
  • Reasearch, enhance and faclitate the review and approval of the company's core policies and procedures (e.g., Code of Conduct, Whistleblowing Policy, Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy, PDPA Policy)
  • Maintain a centralized policy library ensuring version control, proper accessibility and periodic review schedules.
  • Communicate approved policies to all employees and managed the policy acknowledgment process.
Compliance Framework & Monitoring
  • Assist in maintaining the compliance risk register.
  • Perform periodic monitoring and testing activities to ensure adherence to key policies and applicable regulations (e.g., PDPA 2010, MACC Act 2009).
  • Act as the primary coordinator for tracking management's action plans in response to Internal Audit findings, ensuring timely and effective closure of identified gaps.
Training & Awareness
  • Develop and deliver engaging compliance and ethics training programs to embed a strong control culture.
  • Manage the annual staff declaration and attestation process for key policies like the Code of Conduct.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
