Job description
Overview

Support the Senior Manager for leading the Performance & Reward Function by focusing on the implementation of Human Resource programs particularly in the areas of compensation & benefits, shifts in benefit trends, pay equity and legislative changes, with the aim to cultivate performance driven‑culture that best supports the Company’s business and growth strategies.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Assist to review Company’s C&B framework and participate in various salary & benefits surveys and other means of sharing/networking. Play an active role in the Annual Total Compensation Review (TCR) Cycle and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to system deployment and ensure that employee data is updated before the cycle commences. Develop Pay Ranges based on different Job Families for benchmarking of salary positioning. Prepare budget assumptions and annual personnel/business expenses budget and monitor the utilization to ensure that expenses are within the approved budget. Administer Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) and taxation related matters for business assignees/secondees to ensure compliance with the relevant regulations.

Performance Development Dialogues (PDD)

Execute all aspects of Company’s PDD framework in line with regional timeline, including objective setting, Mid-Year and Year-End Review Check-Ins and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to system deployment and ensure that employee data is updated before the cycle commences. Consolidate and review PDD rating prior to Performance Calibration in line with Performance Distribution Guide. Review promotion recommendations to ensure that they meet promotion guidelines on PDD rating, as well as years in position.

HR Services

Assist in the preparation of proposals for submission to Management in accordance with the required format and within stipulated time frame. Prepare and submit statistical reports to both internal/external stakeholders in line with acceptable quality and within required timeframe and authorization. Streamline/Improvise on HR policies/procedures in ensuring consistent interpretation and application throughout the Company in line with Group practices. Drives process reengineering by evaluating current processes, identifying opportunity areas and implementing suitable improvement measures.
