Key Responsibilities

• Transport employees, visitors, and clients safely to and from designated locations.
• Ensure punctual pickup and drop-off according to schedule.
• Drive for senior or high management as required, including early mornings, late evenings, or urgent requests.
• Handle deliveries and collection of documents, parcels, and other materials when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of company vehicles.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
• Monitor and renew road tax, insurance, and vehicle servicing schedules.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties such as office errands or logistical support.
• Keep accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Valid and clean driving license (specify class if needed).
• Proven experience as a company or personal driver.
• Strong knowledge of local and cross-border routes (e.g., Singapore–Johor Bahru).
• Good understanding of traffic regulations and safety practices.
• Ability and willingness to stay in Singapore when required for management travel needs.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift light items when necessary.
• Excellent communication, punctuality, and reliability.
• Professional, polite, and customer-service–oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, or overtime when required.
