Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Head Chef and Senior Chefs in the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes
  • Maintaining strict food hygiene and safety standards at all times
  • Effectively coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
  • Continuously learning and developing your culinary skills to enhance the menu offerings
  • Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve kitchen efficiency and the customer dining experience
  • Keeping the kitchen workspace clean, organised and well-stocked
