Overview

Mangala Estate Boutique Resort is seeking a results-driven Commercial Manager to lead our Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Distribution functions. This pivotal role will drive the resort’s conversion into an international brand by implementing and optimising commercial systems, digital platforms, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Leading revenue management strategies and system implementation.
  • Managing OTAs, GDS, corporate portals, and brand channels to ensure rate parity and brand standards.
  • Setting up and maintaining digital marketing plug-ins, CRM, and loyalty systems.
  • Developing sales strategies, seasonal promotions, and client engagement programs.
  • Providing commercial analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
  • Coordinating internal teams for system readiness and smooth go-live transitions.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in hotel/resort Sales, Marketing, Revenue or Distribution.
  • Strong knowledge of OTA channels, GDS, channel managers, RMS and booking engines.
  • Experience in hotel conversion, pre-opening, or international brand onboarding is an advantage.
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage projects and meet deadlines.
  • High professionalism, confidentiality and result-oriented mindset.
