Qualifications

• Professionally qualified with bachelor’s degree in finance and/or Accountancy from a recognized university.
• 5+ years of work experience, preferably in consumer facing industry with 2+ years in commercial role.
• Strong Business acumen and understanding of P&L drivers.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP & Power Bi would be an added advantage.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pricing, Consumer promotions, NPD/EPD P&L review & Business Partnership with Marketing teams.
• Evaluate P&L proposals and give commercial insights with Marketing & Trade marketing teams.
• Plan / Forecast for Pricing, Promo volumes and NPD/EPD and reporting.
• Manage internal control, accounting and operation processes including improvements.
• Post review of Promo budget and track Actual Promo Volumes vs Approved.
• Track Reckitt prices vs Competition and work on price change impact.
