A leading technology research company in Malaysia is looking for a professional to manage business agreements and contracts. Responsibilities include coordinating purchase order reviews, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and acting as a liaison with customers. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. This position requires strong organizational skills and ability to enforce compliance with company policies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other relevant qualification. Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
Manage business agreements or contracts awarded to the company, as assigned by department head, including executing any commercial activities, tasks and assignments throughout the life of the contract.
Coordinate and conduct Purchase Order (PO) Review meeting upon receipt of PO from customers.
Ensure that all contractual terms and conditions and requirements within business agreement, PO and statement of work are complied, executed and monitored accordingly.
Act as a company’s liaison with Customer for awarded program/project/PO as assigned by department head.
Cooperate with New Business team on new contract initiation task.
Participate with Program team in achieving program/project and company goals.
Enforce the use of and compliance to company procedures, policies, rules, and regulations within the department.
