  • Support Commercial Excellence Lead in managing sales plans for assigned portfolios.
  • Establish Coty as the preferred partner for retailers.
  • Define commercial strategy for each retailer to reach annual business targets.
  • Develop promotional plans with retailers to achieve sales targets.
  • Plan and budget for launches and promotions with demand forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Retail Excellence team to ensure retail excellence implementation.
  • Work with stakeholders for seamless sales execution.
  • Gather market intelligence for new business opportunities.
  • Analyze sell-out and sell-in performance for designated channels.
  • Drive commercial negotiations to maximize business aspects.
  • Capture business opportunities through customer partnerships.
  • Forecast saleable goods to optimize costs.
  • Ensure implementation aligns with corporate guidelines.
  • Negotiate brand image implementation according to established guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Support Commercial Excellence Lead in managing sales plans for the assigned portfolios'
  • Establish Coty as the preferred partner for retailers
  • Define commercial strategy for each retailer in line with budget targets to reach annual joint business plan target and common business goals.
  • Develop promotional plans with retailers and marketing to achieve sell‑out, sell‑in and stock‑in‑trade days target.
  • Plan and budget for launches and promotions. This includes monthly demand forecasts, supply management, pricing analysis and plannng and tracking A&CP
  • Collaborate and co‑create with the Retail Excellence team to ensure 100% retail excellence implemention (BA, VM, CRM, Eventing....)
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, for seamless, 360 sales execution
  • Market Intelligence – gather market information that can be used to look for, and assess, new business opportunities (new brands listing, new retailers, distribution expansion) to enhance brand image and visibility.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Excellence team to analyze monthly sell‑out and sell‑in performance for designated channels, share market/ brand/ consumer intel, feedback to Commercial Lead and Marketing team during monthly business review meetings with defined action plan to ensure KPIs are achieved
  • Drive commercial negotiations at field level to maximize all aspects of business (in‑shop spaces and locations, prices, investments, promotions)
  • Capture business opportunities through close customer partnership such as listing of new brands or brand lines and expansion of new doors
  • Forecast saleable goods in order to optimize costs and avoid obsolescence
  • Ensure any implementation is in line with corporate and brand guidelines
  • Negotiate and implement Coty Brand Image in all doors according to the guidelines established by Merchandiser (i.e. personalized Brand fixtures – where possible)
  • Update retailers on PIPO, code changes, discontinuations
