Commercial Compliance Assistant Manager (MNC/Hybrid)
Our client is a global life sciences company that provides technologies and services supporting the development and manufacture of biologics, vaccines, and advanced therapies.
Responsibilities
- Support completion of third-party partner due diligence requirements, including tracking and maintaining records, ensuring all key metrics, contracts, and internal documents are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with audits, rolling out new contract templates, and responding to red flags identified during audit and monitoring activities.
- Create, update, and proofread related materials such as training content, contract templates, questionnaires, and internal procedures; contribute to research and process improvements using AI tools and other techniques.
- Review and approve low‑risk or routine customer interactions (e.g., gifts, sponsorships, donations, events) according to company guidelines.
- Assist in reviewing documentation of customer interactions, compiling and analyzing data to identify compliance risks and trends using AI tools.
- Support execution of audit plans by collecting and organizing transaction data.
- Assist in analyzing audit findings and preparing summary reports.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as directed by the Compliance Director or Regional General Counsel.
- Track progress of projects and risk mitigation plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, compliance, legal, legal operations, or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; AI skills (e.g., Co‑pilot prompt writing) and experience with compliance systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, and/or Korean language is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
