Westpac Digital is expanding our Collections team. We are looking for motivated, disciplined collectors to manage DPD 1–30 overdue accounts. Training, scripts, and SOPs will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Make early‑stage collection calls (DPD 1–30)

Negotiate repayment arrangements / restructuring

Follow repayment commitments and update CRM

Record PTPs, payments & daily performance reports

Educate customers on repayment obligations

Escalate high‑risk cases to mid‑stage collections

Requirements:

Prior collections or call centre experience preferred
