The Manager – Culture, Leadership & DEI is instrumental in designing and implementing Company-wide culture, leadership, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) frameworks that embed the Company’s AMANAH values and strengthen organisational health.

This role drives enterprise programs, leadership capability standards, and inclusion strategies to support transformation and future workforce needs, serving as custodian for culture architecture and development pathways.

Culture Transformation: Develop and roll out the culture roadmap, including AMANAH embedding, leadership behaviours, and culture activation.

Leadership Development: Design leadership competency frameworks, assessment tools, succession acceleration initiatives, development journeys, and leadership programmes.

DEI Strategy & Implementation: Build DEI strategy, policies, awareness interventions and tracking mechanisms; ensure alignment to global principles and local context.

Engagement & Experience: Design enterprise engagement frameworks, listening mechanisms, culture diagnostics and interventions to uplift organisational health.

Change & Influence: Lead change management for culture and leadership initiatives; partner with HRBPs and CEOs to drive adoption, leadership discipline and behaviour shifts.

Governance & Reporting: Maintain culture, leadership and DEI governance, dashboards and insights for Board; ensure policy and framework consistency across subsidiaries.
