The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the CNC manufacturing industry and be proficient in operating CNC machinery. Requirements

• CAM programming, setup machine, dimensional measurement
• Basic G & M code, Engineering Drawing interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for setting up and operating CNC machine.
• Responsible for supervising the daily operation activities as well as managing of team to ensure production output is met.
• Ensure Health & Safety of team members through PPE, safety equipment & safe systems of work are always adhered to.
• Ensure machinery is operated in accordance with set guidelines/ procedures and report machine issues.
• Cascade objectives to team members to achieve maximum output.
• Ensure accountability is cascaded down and use initiative to resolve issues.
• Organise team effectively to ensure daily targets are met in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery
