Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Grinding Machine operations.
• Familiar with CAM software.

• Skilled in fixture setup and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate surface grinding machines with micron-level accuracy.
• Dress and true wheels using single-point diamond dressers or rotary dressers.
• Handle multi-axis grinding operations using programmable CNC grinding machines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and 2D/3D CAD files.
• Convert CAD data into grinding process plans.
• Work with CAD designers to optimize part geometries for manufacturability.
