The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and possess at least 5 years of related experience, demonstrating exceptional skills in Cloud Computing, virtualization, and effective communication. This position requires proactive collaboration with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a Pre-Sales role.
• Good knowledge of Cloud Computing, hybrid infrastructures, and virtualization.
• Familiarity with containers like OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Good knowledge of one of the cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Professional Services experience and consultative skills are essential.
• Related Professional Certifications are desirable.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of customer’s business and technology needs.
• Translate needs into comprehensive solutions including documents and presentations.
• Lead hands-on showcases such as POCs and demos.
• Participate in Growth and Customer Success Initiatives.
• Provide solution advisory support to sales and marketing.
