• Assist in the support of the AIA multi-cloud environment.
• Liaise with service providers to ensure operational processes.
• Improve operational efficiency via use-case definition.
• Develop automation opportunities using Infrastructure-As-Code tooling.
• Support Group Technical Risk for compliance with security standards.
• Assist with Business Unit onboarding into their cloud environment.
