Job Responsibilities

• Assessing cloud infrastructure and resiliency processes end-to-end to identify risks and align with best practices.
• Designing and developing high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions in Microsoft Azure.
• Supporting the creation and evaluation of Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs) to meet operational SLAs and business risk tolerances.
• Implementing cloud-native resiliency patterns and site reliability engineering (SRE) methods.
• Coordinating business continuity planning and incident response processes.
• Delivering clear, actionable recommendations to strengthen customer resiliency.
• Collaborating with technical and executive stakeholders, providing effective communication and documentation.
• Participating in consulting and assessment-based delivery engagements to support client needs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in cloud resiliency and disaster recovery design.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture, including infrastructure, Availability Zones, backup/recovery, and monitoring services.
• Familiarity with cloud-native resiliency patterns and SRE methodologies.
• Proven ability to design and assess effective MIRPs aligned with operational requirements.
• Experience in business continuity planning, incident response coordination, and process maturity assessments.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Background in technical consulting or assessment-based delivery engagements.
