We are hiring a Cloud Deployment Engineer (NOC) to support mission‑critical cloud platforms and applications in a fast‑paced production environment. This role is well‑suited for engineers who enjoy hands‑on troubleshooting, working with Linux‑based systems, and supporting modern cloud and container technologies.

You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, resolving complex incidents, and supporting deployments across enterprise platforms.

Location: Kuala Lumpur (Menara LGB, TTDI) OR Penang (Hunza Tower, Jalan Kelawei)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure 24/7 stability and availability of cloud platforms and applications
• Troubleshoot issues across Linux systems, application performance, databases, networking, and deployments
• Diagnose platform‑level issues involving Kubernetes, virtual machines, and storage
• Resolve incidents within SLA commitments
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long‑term improvements
• Enhance monitoring and alerting to proactively prevent service disruptions
• Support application and service deployments using best practices
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash/Shell
• Participate in on‑call rotations and respond to critical production incidents
• Analyze system logs and metrics to identify performance and capacity improvements
• Assist with capacity planning and performance tuning

Shift & Work Arrangement

This role operates on a rotational shift model. Candidates must be open to at least 2 of the 3 shifts below, with rotations planned in advance. You are able to hybrid/work from home in these arrangements:

• Morning (Hybrid): 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Afternoon (Flexi): 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Night (Flexi): 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in Linux system administration
• Proven background in application support and production troubleshooting
• Hands‑on exposure to Kubernetes and virtualized environments
• Knowledge of database performance tuning and connectivity troubleshooting
• Scripting experience in Bash/Shell for automation
• Ability to troubleshoot across compute, storage, network, and database layers
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working in a rotational shift environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimization
• Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
• Knowledge of Big Data platforms (Kafka, Spark, Hive, ELK)
