This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with meaningful patient impact while collaborating across teams to drive operational excellence and business growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide guide clinical and technical support to physicians and hospital staff during live cases, primarily within Malaysia.
  • Educate customers on product usage through in-service trainings, technical briefings, and clinical demonstrations.
  • Ensure seamless case execution by coordinating stock checks, timely deliveries, and internal partner support.
  • Uphold proper usage and promotion of Johnson & Johnson products through regular training and customer education sessions.
  • Optimize inventory and logistics efficiency in assigned hospitals, including consignment management.
  • Identify and communicate potential business opportunities to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager to create awareness of business solutions and engage key decision-makers.
  • Share standard methodologies across clinical support teams and assist in building strategic partnerships with other internal business units.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Technology, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in medical devices; cardiology or electrophysiology background preferred.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with hospital environments, including cath labs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with healthcare professionals.
  • Proven ability to lead customers, solve problems, and work independently with high responsibility.
  • Flexible and mobile—able to travel frequently across Malaysia and work weekends/public holidays when needed.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and a collaborative teammate with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Fluent in English (spoken, written, and presentation).
