Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Clinical Application Analyst with to join our team in an on-site role based in the Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia Metropolitan Area. The Clinical Application Analyst will be responsible for supporting and maintaining clinical application platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, providing training to end-users, and assisting with the implementation of new systems and upgrades. The role also entails analyzing user needs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the functionality and performance of clinical applications.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills to assess clinical application issues and provide effective solutions
• Knowledge and experience in Information Technology, including familiarity with healthcare IT systems
• Proficiency in Training techniques to educate and support end-users on clinical applications
