Key Responsibilities
  • Assist doctors with wellness and medical procedures.
  • Perform medical assessments and organize results and records.
  • Schedule appointments and manage client flow.
  • Coordinate treatment plans.
  • Process sales transactions using the POS system.
  • Properly handle and administer products and medications.
  • Manage clinic inventory to maintain an adequate supply of medical products.
  • Keep rooms, equipment, and supplies clean and sterile.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including payment details, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Conduct follow-up appointments to assess outcomes and monitor progress.
  • Provide clients with nutrition, diet, and exercise plans.
  • Build rapport with clients and ensure a positive experience.
  • Address client concerns and complaints professionally; follow clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Job Requirements
  • A minimum of a diploma; fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and email systems.
  • Pleasant demeanor, well-groomed, responsible, self-motivated, and possess good communication skills.
  • Ability to carry out instructions promptly and display discipline in completing tasks in detail.
  • 6 rest days per month, able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to multitask and work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Willingness to perform ad hoc duties as required by the clinic manager and doctors.
