We are looking for a responsible, caring, and motivated Clinic Assistant niece / Clinic Nurse to join our growing medical team.

Manage patient registration, dispensary duties, and collection/issuance of payments

Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp/messages and customer enquiries

Schedule and manage patient appointments

Handle and manage Third Party Panel claims

Assist doctors with basic clinical procedures

Arrange laboratory tests and related documentation

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment

Monday – Friday:
8.30am – 2.30pm
5.30pm – 9.30pm

Saturday:
8.30am – 2.30pm (Half Day)

Minimum SPM certificate (pass in all subjects) OR Diploma holder

1–2 years of experience as a Clinic Assistant / Clinic Nurse in a clinic or hospital setting (preferred)

Able to communicate well and work independently

Friendly, responsible, and patient-oriented

Basic computer and clinic system knowledge is an advantage
