  • At least SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduate / Clinic assistant / Medical Assistant / Pharmacy Assistant / Radiographer are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
  1. Assist patients with registration and provide updates on waiting times and assigned consultation rooms.
  2. Support doctors and nurses during patient examinations and routine medical procedures.
  3. Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications to patients.
  4. Support clinical procedures and operate medical equipment with care, ensuring professionalism and safety.
  5. Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries promptly and accurately.
  6. Monitor and manage the inventory of supplies and medications to ensure stock levels are maintained.
  7. Ensure the clinic area is kept clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  8. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  9. Ensure to submit the TPA claim.
