We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team at KLINIK YAKIN' in Taman Paya Rumput Perdana, Melaka. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our natural therapy and alternative medicine clinic. This full‑time position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high‑quality healthcare services within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records
• Assisting with the preparation and set‑up of treatment rooms and equipment
• Providing administrative support to the clinic, such as inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Communicating effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members to address inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Supporting the implementation of clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of clinic operations

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a clinic or medical assistant, preferably in a natural therapy or alternative medicine setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with patients from diverse backgrounds
