Job Description
What you’ll do:
As a Client Solutions Manager, you’ll spearhead building of cross-funnel digital marketing strategies & solutions across multiple brands.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day, your role includes:
- Leading the conceptualization and design of holistic digital strategies & solutions tailored to meet customer requirements or address specific business challenges.
- Collaborating with the functional experts to strategize, build & track the deployment of e2e holistic solutions to meet client objectives leveraging data & insights.
- Co‑owning new business pitches with the Business Director and collaborating with various departments to develop pitch.
- Working with data lead to understand data landscape of clients and then build data acquisition strategies & solutions across the various.
- Working with CRM lead to then understand the data and build customer segments based on the gathered brand knowledge and support in building strategies to activate the consumer data on relevant touchpoints (Email, SMS, Instant Messaging, Media platforms).
- Collaborating with Tech lead to integrate data & CRM strategies to build a robust solution delivering personalized consumer.
- Building consumer experience blueprints across digital touchpoints identifying right brand value exchanges to solve consumer needs.
- Developing strategic framework to build loyalty & retention.
- Interacting with clients to gather insights on their brand and business objectives and hence build strategic solutions tailored to it.
- Staying ahead of market trends and competitive movements through regular research and monitoring activities.
Qualifications
We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
- Minimum of 5‑7 years of relevant experience in digital.
- Strong acumen of building data‑driven digital strategies & solutions following an analytical structured approach.
- Must have built digital CRM campaigns for clients across industries, FMCG is a plus.
- Robust knowledge on first party data (owned & anonymous) & its use in current era of hyper‑personalization.
- Good understanding of AdTech & MarTech.
- Know‑how of digital media & ecommerce is a.
- Client servicing experience is a.
- Strong communication and presentation skills is a.
- Good listener, earnest learner, storyteller, agile mindset, proactive and dynamic team player who enjoys solving challenges.
