  • Lead and develop a team to deliver consistent, high-quality service to global clients.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, performance, and service delivery targets across all finance pillars - PTP, OTC and RTR.
  • Act as a key point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing partnership success.
  • Work closely with clients as a third‑party service provider, building strong relationships and addressing service needs proactively.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve processes and enhance service excellence.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a BPO or Shared Services/SSC environment.
  • Proven background managing a team in an operations or service delivery capacity.
  • Strong client management skills, especially in handling new clients or transitions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Someone who is adaptable, service‑driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic outsourced environment.
