  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and key client.
  • Develop and execute tailored strategies to grow and retain client relationships.
  • Regularly review client accounts to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to recommend service improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, high-quality client experiences.
  • Stay up to date with the latest products, services, and technologies.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a degree preferably in Business Studies / Marketing or equivalent, with at least 10 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients at all levels.
  • Proactive problem‑solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client needs.
