We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in managing client relationships within the Telecom industry.

  • Sales Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions, addressing any challenges that arise during the sales process.
  • Presentation Skills: Competence in conducting product and solution presentations to potential clients based on their specific needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Telecom, Banking and Finance sectors, including market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the telecom, banking, and finance sectors.
  • Understand and execute the strategy for the Malaysian market to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and solve any conflicts pertaining to the business side and eliminate any misconceptions or misunderstanding.
  • Overseeing the preparation and implementation of RFP documentation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
  • Set up meetings for events and participate in events if required.
  • Actively support marketing and inside sales activities as and when required.
  • Collecting correct data to prepare proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Ability to approach and develop new local partnerships.
