Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and configure the software application to meet client needs.
• Implement the software application, including system configuration and data migration.
• Test the software application to ensure requirements are met.
• Communicate with the client's IT team on issues and enhancements.
• Provide ongoing customer support to clients.
• Provide L1 & L2 end-user support and ensure software performance.
