We’re Hiring: Claim Assessor/ Senior Claims Assessor (SingaporeInpatient Claims)

Shift: Normal working hours
Public Holidays: Follows Singapore PH calendar. Some Malaysian PHs are working days—but don’t worry, you’ll be compensated!

• Assess medical claims – inpatient, outpatient, hospitalisation, surgery, and more
• Ensure compliance – follow policy terms, regulatory rules, and internal guidelines
• Meet turnaround times – because speed and accuracy are your superpowers
• Investigate tricky claims – resolve disputes and dig into root causes
• Collaborate – work with healthcare providers, policyholders, and internal teams
• Spot the odd ones out – flag potential fraud and escalate when needed
• Improve processes – share ideas and help us get better every day
• Keep records tidy – document everything clearly in our claims system

What You’ll Bring

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or similar
