• Liaise with relevant representatives from consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Maintain a system of record of drawings, site progress, and documents.
• Draft and prepare letters to related authorities.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders in resolving issues.
• Perform ad-hoc duties related to the department.
