Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Civil & Structural Drafter. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience and be proficient in AutoCAD, able to interpret technical drawings, and knowledgeable in civil detailing. Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential. Responsibilities include preparing drawings based on engineering designs and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of working experience in Civil & Structural drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and relevant drafting software.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge in civil and structural detailing (RC, steel, etc.).
• Familiarity with 3D SketchUp will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare structural and civil drawings based on engineer’s design and specifications.
• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and relevant standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to produce accurate drafting work.
• Maintain organized documentation and drawing files.
