Job Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular audits, and actively work to prevent violations or incidents.
• Meet plant financial targets by implementing cost‑saving initiatives and reducing operating expenses without affecting productivity.
• Maintain strong plant performance by enforcing technical procedures, improving raw material efficiency, and optimising plant utilisation and efficiency ratios.
• Demonstrate punctuality, commitment, effective teamwork, and uphold the company’s core values in daily operations.
• Manage customer interactions to ensure quick response times and effective resolution of complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Carry out any other tasks or duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
