Chief Operations Officer (COO) - Quarry Operation

· Lead and manage daily quarry operations.

· Improve productivity, cost efficiency, and equipment performance.

· Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and product quality.

· Develop operational strategies, plans, and budgets.

· Monitor performance, production targets, and key operational KPIs.

· Lead and coach department heads across Operations, HSE, Maintenance, and Logistics.

· Solve operational issues and support long-term quarry development.

· Work closely with the Top Management on business planning and improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in quarry, mining, or heavy industry, with leadership background.

• Strong knowledge of quarry operations and safety requirements.

• Good planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Financial awareness (budgeting, cost control, capital expenditure).

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Must be willing to travel to quarry sites across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak.
