The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction, engineering, and development projects, shaping corporate strategy, and ensuring operational efficiency at the highest level. This role involves translating strategic goals into actionable plans, managing end-to-end project execution, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

The COO will also be tasked with managing stakeholder relationships, negotiating strategic agreements, and identifying growth opportunities to support business development initiatives. Applicants for the COO position at the company should possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.
