Are you a seasoned finance leader who thrives on driving strategy and shaping the future of a business? We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer / Financial Controller to join our leadership team and partner with the Group CEO in steering the company’s growth.

What You’ll Do

Provide leadership to the Finance and Accounting team, reporting directly to the MD/GCEO.

Develop financial and operational tools that guide decision-making across the business.

Drive financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and investment strategies.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax laws.

Represent the company in financial matters with auditors, bankers, tax agents, and stakeholders.

Play a key role in investor relations and stakeholder engagement.

What We’re Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a recognized professional qualification.

At least 10 years of proven experience in a public listed company or multinational environment.

Strong knowledge of IFRS, listing requirements, and corporate finance.

Analytical mindset with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Flexibility to travel at short notice.
