Responsibilities

- Review and validate all data before reporting as final.
- Prepare analytical testing/certificate of analysis reports.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and QA/QC requirements.
- Perform measurement uncertainty calculations and related reports.

- Provide technical assistance to analysts regarding the selection of appropriate analytical methods.
- Review and validate all data before reporting as final.
- Prepare analytical testing/certificate of analysis reports.
- Assist analysts with handling out-of-specification situations, failure investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Ensure the technical quality of testing activities performed by analysts.
- Ensure SOPs and QA/QC requirements for routine tasks are followed.
- Perform measurement uncertainty calculations, validation, verification of test methods, and write related reports.
- Study and document new test methods.
- Review and update existing test methods.
- Conduct chemical analysis testing activities upon receipt of samples.
- Complete all testing activities within the required time and document results.
- Report out-of-specification results to the relevant chemist.
- Assist in failure investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Support chemists in data review when required.
- Maintain the technical quality of testing activities.
- Monitor the usage of raw materials and incoming samples.
- Responsible for daily equipment maintenance, including calibration checks, as per SOPs.
- Maintain and update laboratory’s technical data.
- Perform daily housekeeping in the laboratory.
