Job summary

A leading telecommunications company is seeking motivated individuals for Sales roles in multiple locations across Malaysia. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing and assisting channel partners to meet sales targets. You should possess strong communication skills and a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English is essential. This is a full-time role requiring your own transport and a drive to achieve sales goals.

  • Develop and manage channel partners to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and assist channel partners/agencies to achieve their sales targets.
  • Engage partner sales/account teams to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and report on the partner sales funnel, ensuring accountability for revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with partners throughout the sales process, including creating sales materials, providing customer explanations, and organizing roadshows.
  • Ensure partners are well-informed about new products, features, incentives, and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Available for both Executive and Managerial roles; full-time positions.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Channel Management, or regional sales, or equivalent specialization.
  • Strong communication skills, dynamic, result-oriented, with excellent presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated and driven to achieve higher sales commissions.
  • Preferably with Telco experience, but not essential.
  • Personal qualities: Positive, passionate, collaborative, and able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment, as well as being a team player.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients), and English.
  • Must have own transport.

Positions available in multiple locations: KL, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka (Kota Syahbandar URGENT), Johor (Johor Bahru, Batu Pahat, Muar URGENT), Pahang, Perak, Penang, Kedah, Terengganu, Kelantan, Sabah and Sarawak (Kuching URGENT) Candidates based in these states or locations are highly encouraged to apply.
