Job summary

A leading commodity trade bank in Laos is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategies and operations. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance with international banking standards. This role involves detailed operational leadership and is critical in guiding the bank through market complexities. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all cash management, financial reporting, and capital management to ensure robust growth and investor confidence.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in senior financial management role.
  • Deep understanding of bullion banking operations and international regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP).

  • Develop and execute the bank's financial strategy.
  • Oversee cash flow management and ensure sufficient liquidity.
  • Implement risk management frameworks specific to the banking sector.
