Creating and implementing strategies for market penetration, product development and revenue growth. Creating a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages teamwork and innovation. Able to suggest best strategies to the business owner and the entire team members by giving clear direction. Managing the company financial performance. Oversee end-to-end project execution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related fields.
• 10 years of experience in software, programming, product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems and the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
• Required language(s): Able to speak English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
