• Required languages including English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin client
• Possess minimum education level SPM
• Minimum1yearofhandling payment experience
• Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and well groomed

• Punctual, responsibility attitude
• Ableto work on PH/shift and 6 working days

Responsibility

• Oriented towards serving others and helping customers
• Process payment transactions accurately and efficiently using the system
• Handle cash/credit/debit card/QR pay transactions accurately and securely
• Following proper cash-handling procedures
• Balance cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of the work shift
• Identify and communicate any cashiering system related issue to superior promptly
• Maintain records of daily sales, returns, and exchanges as required
• Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts
