The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, along with relevant certifications and significant experience in cash control and reconciliation within the fintech sector. The role emphasizes strong governance, accuracy in cash processes, and proactive risk management while collaborating closely with operations and other business units.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (6-8+ years) in cash control, reconciliation or treasury operations, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong expertise in cash governance, settlement operations, reconciliation, and financial controls within fintech.
• Experience in fintech, digital payments, or regulated financial institutions highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement strong control frameworks for cash-related processes.
• Monitor cash reconciliations ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare monitoring tools for key control indicators.
• Assess financial processes for control gaps and risks.
• Oversee Group Cash Management for optimization.
• Review and optimize financial workflows.
• Participate in initiatives to simplify processes.
• Act as finance partner to Operations.
• Collaborate to validate data accuracy.
• Provide advisory insights to management.
