Job summary

A leading leisure and hospitality company in Genting Highlands is seeking a skilled Carpenter to construct, install, and repair various wooden structures. The successful candidate will have a certificate or diploma, ideally with completed vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry, and will be responsible for reading blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and adhering to safety procedures. Qualifications

• Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship or vocational training program preferred.
• Relevant experience in carpentry or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, and join materials made of wood and substitutes.
• Build, install, and repair wooden furniture, cabinets, and shelves.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
