• Handle all aspects of computerized Cargo Operations.

• Handle cases of cargo irregularities.

Job description

Handle all aspects of computerized Cargo Operations functions and procedures.

Coordinate with Head Office for aircraft weight and balance.

Monitor cargo acceptance and oversee cargo build-up at the warehouse.

Monitor and coordinate cargo loading and unloading procedures at the ramp.

Handle cases of cargo irregularities.

Perform any other duties as and when assigned by management from time to time.

Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

Ability to work in outdoor environments (e.g., near the apron or ramp), including exposure to direct sunlight, due to the nature of the job.

Must have own transportation (work location: MAS Cargo Complex, Penang International Airport).

Requirements

Malaysian with a minimum qualification of a Diploma or higher.

Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in the cargo or airfreight industry is advantageous.
